Terms of use
Updated October 12, 2026.
What StreamFluency is
StreamFluency is a language-learning tool that works alongside video platforms. It does not stream video, does not sell access to any catalog and does not replace a subscription to any platform.
Platform names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. StreamFluency is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Your platform subscriptions
By using StreamFluency with a platform, you declare that you hold an active, valid subscription to it and watch the content on that platform.
Subtitles and excerpts
Subtitles and lines of dialogue are shown only to follow playback and for your personal study. They are released gradually as playback advances and are tied to your account.
Rights in works, subtitles and dialogue belong to their owners. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
What is not allowed
Copying, bulk downloading, extracting, republishing or redistributing subtitles, lines or lists obtained through the service.
Accessing the service through scripts, bots or any automation, or trying to get around usage limits.
Sharing your account.
Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or termination of your account. We log access to subtitles and mark them per account to detect abuse.
Rights holders
If you own rights in a work and do not want it on StreamFluency, write to support@streamfluency.com naming the work. We remove it within 48 hours of confirming the request.
Access logs
We keep application access logs for the period required by Brazilian law (Marco Civil da Internet, Law 12,965/2014) and use them only for security, abuse prevention and legal compliance.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top marks the version in force, and relevant changes are announced in the app.
